My Story
Behind every coach is a story. Here is mine:
As a child, the word "ease" did not exist in my vocabulary. Diagnosed with dyslexia, starting school was a real struggle. But with determination and perseverance, I learned to turn obstacles into springboards. It is a strength that I still carry today in my work and that I pass on to my clients.
Later, years of classical and jazz dance taught me rigor, discipline, but also the importance of listening to myself so as not to hurt myself. However, at the dawn of my 20s, I found myself facing a wall: exhaustion, malaise and existential questions. I had everything to be happy… on the surface.
It was by discovering psychotherapy first, then coaching, that I understood that what was missing from my life was alignment: living fully in accordance with who I really was. Coaching helped me regain power over my choices, to allow myself to dream differently and to build a life that resembles me.
Since then, my mission has been clear: to help those who, like me, find themselves trapped in what I call "the pressure triangle" (always doing more, meeting the expectations of others, and maintaining the illusion that everything is fine) to find their breath, their energy, and their authenticity.

Each journey is unique, but here are the main steps:
A discovery call to test the fit
During this exchange, we take the time to discuss your needs, your expectations, and to see if my way of working suits you. This call is also an opportunity to explore your main objectives and challenges.
Phase 1: Lay the foundations
The first sessions are dedicated to an in-depth understanding. Together we identify your "energy leaks": those elements in your life that exhaust you mentally and emotionally. We lay the foundations for your transformation with concrete exercises and tools adapted to your pace.
Phase 2: Deep work
Once the foundations are laid, we dive into the heart of the work: your limiting beliefs, your automatic behaviors, and the thought patterns that keep you in a state of constant pressure. Each session is a step forward: whether through conversation, hypnosis or Breathwork practices, you leave with concrete keys and visible transformations.
Phase 3: Stabilization and integration
The last phase is essential: it is not just about progressing, but about consolidating your progress. We work on establishing new habits and integrating changes so that they become natural and sustainable in your daily life.
